we are home!

okay, actually we got home wednesday. they let us go early sine Ronan was otherwise healthy. ever since i have pretty much just been recouperating. Ronan had to finish his last four doses of antibiotic via intramuscular shots in order for us to leave the hospital. also, please pardon my grammar, i'm typing with only one hand.
The shots are finally over. Poor Ronan had some sore legs and an upset tummy. He was diagnosed with grade 3 reflux in his left kidney. the doctor told us that a lot of times cases like his "right themselves" by age 2. so until then he will recieve daily antibiotics, a very small dose, that will hopfully prevent any future infetions from happening by keeping his urine steril until it hopefully rights it's self. If it doesn't, or he continually gets infections, he will need surgery. I am hopeful it will not come to that.

Other than that, we are doing well at home. He is sleeping well at night, yay. He has just been a little more fussy because of the meds, which will hopefully be out of his system soon.
We are just busy busy busy, but will hopfully find our way back to some sort of routine... the hospital stay pretty much destroyed any routine we DID have.
