First injection

Well, this morning I had a baseline ultrasound where they checked to make sure I didn't have any developing cysts and I was good to go to start my injection. Everything looked great, I had a ton of tiny little follicles represent my PCOS, but that was all. The doctor said that he thinks I will respond very well to this treatment, and was impressed with the knowledge that I have when it comes to all things fertility... I like to do my homework. They also did a blood draw to check my Estadiol, which came back normal. The nurse killed my right arm... she couldn't get to the vain and I finally had to ask her to stop, it was too painful, so she moved on to the left arm and killed it as well. Oh well. I went home and gave myself my FIRST INJECTION!!!!! WOO HOO! I am going to attempt to post it on here so you all can see what it is I have to do... very interesting. I have my next appointment on cycle day 8, January 31st, which will be after 5 shots to see how I am responding to the medicine. So there ya have it!!! My injectable journey begins today! I pray that it will bring good results.

  3. Luke 18
    Parable of the Persistent Widow
1 One day Jesus told his disciples a story to show that they should always pray and never give up. 2 “There was a judge in a certain city,” he said, “who neither feared God nor cared about people. 3 A widow of that city came to him repeatedly, saying, ‘Give me justice in this dispute with my enemy.’ 4 The judge ignored her for a while, but finally he said to himself, ‘I don’t fear God or care about people, 5 but this woman is driving me crazy. I’m going to see that she gets justice, because she is wearing me out with her constant requests!’”
6 Then the Lord said, “Learn a lesson from this unjust judge. 7 Even he rendered a just decision in the end. So don’t you think God will surely give justice to his chosen people who cry out to him day and night? Will he keep putting them off? 8 I tell you, he will grant justice to them quickly! But when the Son of Man[a] returns, how many will he find on the earth who have faith?”

I am that woman going before our King, on your behalf.
